Welcome to Deenified. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Deenified provides an interactive platform for learning through trivia and deep reflections. While we strive for an engaging and educational experience, the app is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. User Accounts & Data

To provide a personalized profile and track progress, we collect:

• First and Last Name

• Email Address

• Phone Number

This information is used internally only for your user profile. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and notifying us of any unauthorized use.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and RevenueCat

Deenified offers in-app purchases and subscriptions processed through RevenueCat.

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your app store settings.

• User Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions. Deenified is not liable for ongoing charges resulting from a failure to cancel or for payment failures within the app store ecosystem.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our services integrate with third-party providers, including Quran.com for educational content and RevenueCat for transaction management. Your use of these features is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

5. Content Accuracy & Correction (Disclaimer)

We are committed to the highest standards of accuracy, but we acknowledge that we are subject to imperfection.

• Faulty Information: If you deem any information (trivia, reflections, or text) to be faulty, please use our Store Contact Code to notify us immediately.

• Commitment: We are dedicated to fixing any errors that may spread misinformation as soon as they are brought to our attention.

6. Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account and access to the app for improper use or violations of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States of America.

8. Updates to Terms

Users will be notified of updates to these Terms via an in-app notification. This notice will appear as soon as the app is opened following an update. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
